In order to earn Reward Beans for your loyalty to Spiral Horn Coffee Co, you must have a registered account. Your purchase must be made while logged in on our website, or placed over the phone to accrue rewards.

Note: Any orders placed as a guest checkout are excluded from our rewards program. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We cannot link guest check-out orders to an account made after the order has been placed. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Your Reward Beans are available immediately after checkout towards a future order.

Note: Once an order has been placed we cannot retroactively apply any rewards points to the purchase.

Sipper: Cumulative purchases up to $500, earn at 100% Reward Beans per $1 in product purchases
Bronze: Cumulative purchases after $500, earn at 101% Reward Beans per $1 in product purchases
Silver: Cumulative purchases after $750 earn at 102% Reward Beans per $1 in product purchases
Gold: Cumulative purchases after $1,000 earn at 103% Reward Beans per $1 in product purchases
Platinum: Cumulative purchases after $3000 earn at 104% Rewards Beans per $1 in product purchases

Your Reward Beans do not expire, however, we do require you to “grind” (redeem) your Reward Beans after reaching a cumulative total of 1,000 Reward Beans . There is no exception to this policy.

Your cumulative lifetime account Reward Beans Earning Level is not affected by redeeming Reward Beans.

You are not able to gift your Beans Reward Points to another person at this time (we’re working on that) however, we do have gift vouchers available.
